Charmine is a graduate of Adelphi University prestigious Social Work program and an undergraduate of Brooklyn College in Health Nutrition Sciences. Having a large experience in humanity and her main focus is to advocate for the oppressors. She is currently Working at a Skilled nursing facility in Suffolk County as the director of the social department where her team's goal is to enhance the overall well-being and help meet basic and complex needs of the residents. Charmine has a background working with many different populations and types of people, particularly focused on geriatrics and mental health needs.
I’m very excited to be part of Gift of writing organization where I can contribute my skills, experience and knowledge in helping the communities where needed. We’re a strong team with various backgrounds with one goal in helping our community.
I have been living in the United States for over 34 years, originally from Haiti and I’m fluent in French/Creole. I’m Looking forward and excited to participate in this organization!

Erline Dorsainvil is driven by a deep commitment to community well-being. She utilizes her exceptional talents as a singer and hostess to create memorable experiences at corporate, cultural, religious, memorial, and community events. Erline was born in Haiti and migrated to the United States at the age of 12. Her commitment to supporting the residents of Haiti and the diaspora is evident in all that she does. Her active involvement in communities spans across the country and her native Haiti. Through her performances and event hosting, she strives to create spaces where people can come together, celebrate diversity, and work towards common goals. Erline's professional journey has been marked by over two decades of dedication to healthcare, where she has made meaningful contributions to the well-being of others. Beyond her professional and community commitments, Erline holds a deep respect for family values.
