Vicki Sylvain is the founder of Quiescere Resource Center (QRC) and the The VSS Group, LLC. She is a passionate advocate for the growth and advancement of women through personal and professional development.

Vicki has a track record of impactful community service and entrepreneurial ventures. She initiated the Survival Kit Drive for Haiti, distributing over 39,000 hygiene kits globally in support of women and children survivors of the natural disasters. QRC is now dedicated to addressing period-related insecurities in the United States through the I am A Rose Project and Purposeful Pathways.

Vicki Sylvain, works for Child Care Council of Nassau as the Director of Community Outreach and Engagement. She is also the creator/owner of the award-winning Shoe-B®️. Vicki is committed to living her purpose by serving her community globally.
